Inventory, purchasing and operations system
- Challenge
- The client’s existing point-of-sale devices recorded sales, but ingredient consumption, inventory, purchasing and daily operations were managed separately, limiting operational visibility.
- What we delivered
- A system connected read-only to the existing point-of-sale data. It translated sales into ingredient consumption, tracked inventory and purchasing, and provided dashboards for overseeing daily operations.

Delivery notification and follow-up automation
- Challenge
- Delivery teams needed reliable customer-location information, while customers needed consistent updates throughout the delivery process.
- What we delivered
- An automated workflow that captures the customer’s exact location, reflects it in the delivery platform, communicates order status throughout the delivery, and requests feedback after completion.

WhatsApp AI sales agent
- Challenge
- The client needed customer conversations on WhatsApp to progress into complete orders without repeatedly handing the customer between separate systems.
- What we delivered
- A fully operational AI sales agent integrated with the WhatsApp API. It handles text and audio enquiries, recommends products, creates and modifies the customer’s order cart, and coordinates the order through delivery. Customers can also review and modify the same cart through a linked web interface.

Self-service e-commerce website platform
- Challenge
- Sellers with an established Instagram presence needed a faster way to create a functional online store without rebuilding their catalogue and business presence from the beginning.
- What we delivered
- A self-service SaaS platform where sellers can sign up and generate a seller-branded e-commerce website and shareable store link from their existing Instagram presence. The platform gives each seller control over products, inventory availability, orders and delivery settings.

Invoice OCR and structured-data workflow
- Challenge
- A large archive of paper invoices had to be entered into a software system before the information could be processed.
- What we delivered
- An OCR workflow that extracts invoice information into a structured format, assigns confidence to the extracted results, and routes low-confidence fields to a focused human-review step before export.

AI training data operations
Since 2019, Skyfall AI has managed multilingual data collection, transcription and annotation for training AI models, including automatic speech recognition and image classification.
The operation has delivered work across more than 90 languages and engaged over 2,000 remote contributors according to each project’s language and volume. At its largest daily scale, Skyfall AI coordinated 250 contributors in a single day.
Skyfall AI manages contributor recruitment, onboarding, project instructions, production tracking, quality control, delivery and task-based payments end to end.
