What we collect, and what happens to it.
This site collects only what you type into the contact form. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising, and tracks nobody. What follows describes exactly what the site does.

What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form. Nothing else on this site collects personal information, and there is no account, no login and no tracking of individuals.
- Your name.
- Your company, if you give one. The field is optional.
- Your email address, your WhatsApp number, or both. At least one is needed so we can reply.
- What you are trying to improve or build, in your own words.
What we do with it
We read it and reply. We use it to understand the problem you described and to answer you. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list. There is no newsletter to be subscribed to.
Who else handles it
A message sent through the form passes through two services on its way to us. Both can technically access the content, and both are bound by their own terms:
- Resend, which delivers the message from the website to our mailbox.
- Google Workspace, which hosts the mailbox the message arrives in.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our mailbox as ordinary correspondence, the same way an email you sent us directly would. We do not copy them into any other system. If you want yours deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. If you use the light and dark toggle, your choice is stored in your own browser so the site remembers it next time. That preference never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
Content from other services
Two parts of the site reach other companies. The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps, so opening that page contacts Google. The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, and a conversation you start there is handled by WhatsApp rather than by this website. Nothing you type into our form is sent to either.
Checking you are a person
The contact form runs Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that replaces the puzzles other sites use. It is usually invisible and asks you to do nothing. It exists to stop automated abuse of the form, and it does not track you or profile you across other websites.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The form is checked on the server before anything is sent, and messages are delivered over an encrypted connection. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise.

Write to us and ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Use any of the contact routes below. We are a small team and you will be answered by a person.
